•            Portfolio Management - Overseeing a small portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and repairs.

•            Problem Solving - Resolving problems efficiently and effectively, thinking critically and acting quickly.

•            Negotiating - Negotiating solutions that satisfy all stakeholders, including Rental Providers, Renters, other agents, and suppliers.
