We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join a global leader in Facility Management services.
This is a broad and varied position where you will utilise your knowledge and technical expertise to ensure facilities remain in a safe and serviceable condition, driving a memorable customer experience.
Position Details:
- Initial Role: Temporary with a view to convert to permanent
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30/4:00 pm
- Salary: $50 - $55 per hour + super ($100,000 + super)
- Location: Cessnock, with onsite parking
- Maintain all facets of building facilities to ensure full operational status and compliance at all times
- Manage contract financial performance in accordance with reporting requirements
- Oversee day-to-day vendor relationships for the building
- Effectively manage and promptly resolve all escalations
- Drive contractor management for all essential services
- Maintain current knowledge of OHS & E policies and procedures
- Develop appropriate scopes of work and facilitate planning for prescribed maintenance and service in line with tendered obligations
- Prior experience in Facilities or Property Management
- Knowledge of building legislative and statutory requirements
- Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential
- Proactive, self-motivated professional with the ability to self-manage and take ownership of their work while receiving full support from a collaborative team
