About the Opportunity
Are you ready to oversee the operational heartbeat of our facilities and car fleet management? Legrand is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the CFO. This pivotal role will encompass managing facilities, overseeing our car fleet, and ensuring seamless sub-contractor management.
Key responsibilities:
- ensure effective management of contracts, sub-contractor engagements, and day-to-day facilities operations,
- strategically manage utilities across all sites to optimize efficiency,
- management and coordination of company-wide car fleet: from selection to maintenance, ensuring our fleet supports operational needs
- collaborate across all functions within the organisation,
- liaise with fleet management companies, facility management providers, suppliers, and utility companies.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- degree in any discipline preferred
- experience in a similar facilities management role
- proficiency in contract management, sub-contractor management, and facilities management
- strong negotiation skills for contracts and facilities
- ability to manage utilities across multiple sites effectively
- experience in coordinating company-wide car fleets
- familiarity with rental contracts, including make good provisions
- intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
- positive attitude, eager to learn, and adept at tackling challenges
