The Role:

Managing a neat, tidy and local portfolio, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to work Monday – Friday and join a growing team. You will be responsible for:

• Managing a well maintained portfolio
• Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
• Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for bonds & attend CTTT hearings
• NO Accounts and NO Weekends 

The Candidate:

• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Previous Property Management Experience 
• Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
• Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
