Lots of support from a Head of Property Management, Leasing Team, Admin & accounts team and more, this role will suit someone that is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.
The Role:
- Monday – Friday
- Managing 180 properties – the portfolio is local
- Dedicated Property Officer for support – this person does the lettings & outgoings
- Landlords & tenant correspondence
- Repairs & maintenance
- Ingoing inspections
- Arrears control
- Using Property Me
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- The ability to work well in a team
- We are looking for someone who can train their junior
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to keep a busy agent organised & ontime
- A valid driver's license
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Paying up to $100K dependent on experience
- Work alongside a fantastic Department Head
