Facilities Manager

We’re future-focused and committed to innovation in how we can best serve our customers. Currently, we have a vacancy for a Facilities Manager to join our team.

• Ability to organise and coordinate strategic and day to day operational aspects of the facility and its business contractors and keep operations as smoothly as possible

• Develop and implement onsite engineering and operational strategies to deliver excellent service delivery solutions

• Promote, attend to and supervise the proper care of the building operations systems, installations, facilities and finishes in accordance with building policies and procedures otherwise in accordance with Invicium policies  

• Ensure orders are issued and invoices processed in the defined time. A register of invoices, orders and requests for service is to be always maintained 

• Maintain, implement, and review Risk Management practices and risk minimisation processes to actively reduce insurance premiums and liabilities 

• Actively participate in the budgeting process and provide high level advice on non-routine and routine repairs and maintenance budgeting programs 

• Supervise internal staff and provide training when needed and also involve in their recruitment processes

• Possess at least 2 years facilities management experience preferably within a commercial premises.

• Hold a Diploma level qualification in leadership or management.

• Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.

• A working knowledge of all onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural.

• Understanding of Health Safety Environment (HSE) in the facilities management industry.

• Excellent customer service and service delivery skills.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Forklift license and White Card desired however, the business can assist obtaining these for the right candidate.

Salary - $70,000 - $75,000
