We are looking to bring on a vibrant and eager Property Manager to join the team in our high end, modern Port Melbourne Office. Join 20 + staff in one of the most well known brands in the industry.

The role is taking over a portfolio of 170 high end homes ($1,000 per week + rentals) . A full and CLEAN handover will be provided to the successful candidate!
JOB DUTIES:
- Executive portfolio of circa ~170 properties
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with admin support
Using PropertyMe systems, with minimal weekends (as you have leasing support)
WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of up to $90K + Super + Commissions
- Phone & laptop are provided, onsite parking options available at office
- Work from home 1 day per week once you are settled in, very flexible office

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
