Salary $70,000 pa plus bonuses, car and phone.

What does the job involve?
- Manage a small residential portfolio of VIC and NSW properties,
- Liaising with your tenants, rental providers and tradespeople,
- Leasing (entry and exit reports), routine inspections, processing maintenance requests,
- Prepare leasing documents, managing authorities etc,
- Oversee the day-to-day tasks of your own portfolio.
About you.
The person we are looking for will be independent, clear minded and has the ability to multitask. Ideally with experience with PropertyMe, licenced in both NSW and Victoria and with a solid background in Property Management. The legislation and compliance are important to us, and knowledge for both sides of the Border would be ideal.
