The Role
Facilities Manager for a group of individual, and estate based assets, you will be the company representative for Facilities & Maintenance Management.
Duties will include
- general operations & maintenance management including contractors and tenant engagement
- site OHS&E, presentation and building compliance
- collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in the role, it is expected you will have demonstrated experience in a Facilities Manager/Coordinator or Building Manager role for Non-Residential, base building assets. Industrial experience will be highly regarded.
You will enjoy juggling multiple and sometimes competing expectations, prioritising your work, whilst satisfying stakeholders, and delivering excellence of service and results.
You will need to have a current drivers licence and vehicle for work purposes.
