As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be the point of contact for key stakeholders. You will lead a team to manage the daily client activities and have full oversight over site budgets, engineering maintenance and operations, contracts services, staff relocation, space planning, event management, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services, events and helpdesk.

To be successful you will be required to have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities, preferably on the client side.
- BA in facilities management or engineering
- Experience working in a corporate facilities management environment
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
- Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
