If you're passionate about maintaining infrastructure and assets while working in a supportive team environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive system for Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Delegate and allocate work orders to meet contract requirements and KPIs.
- Respond promptly to reported issues, coordinating efficient responses.
- Supervise and manage maintenance and support staff on the contract.
- Conduct periodic maintenance inspections of services, plant, and equipment.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in property, building/facilities management, or corporate real estate is preferred.
- Technical trade background is a plus.
- Must hold a valid Driver's License and have access to a vehicle.
- Adaptability and a flexible, innovative approach.
- Proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Work Order Management Systems.
- Must be Australian Citizen
