You will gain exposure to complex and high-stakes matters, represent a wide range of clients who include industry leaders in the Australian market, across various Courts and Tribunals throughout Australia. The right candidate will also be able to run their matters autonomously.

About the role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of a large Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation caseload
- Analysing case law and legislation to produce timely and accurate legal advice
- Appearing and instructing Counsel before Courts and Tribunals
- Preparing pleadings and evidence
- Understanding and implementing client operations and strategy
- Managing and strengthening client relationships
- Delivering successful outcomes for clients in a cost-efficient manner
About you
Essential requirements:
- 2+ years PQE experience in high-stakes Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation.
- Sound knowledge of Court and Tribunal procedure in NSW and throughout Australia, including familiarity with appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively.
Highly desirable experience:
- Front and back-end Building and Construction Law, including matters under the Security of Payments Legislation
- An understanding of Corporations Law
