Facilities & Warehouse Manager

Revo Fitness is in search of a Facilities & Warehouse Manager to supervise our warehouse operations, encompassing inventory management, process enhancement, and management of general upkeep of club facilities. This role involves directing a small team of maintenance technicians in the repair, installation, and maintenance of gym equipment and facilities in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage orders and deliveries in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of orders and deliveries.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and supply chains to uphold club standards, including conducting regular stock takes and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maximise warehouse efficiency and space utilisation through layout optimisation.
• Implement proper handling and storage procedures for perishable vending products.
• Maintain inventory and asset management systems for accurate reporting.
• Ensure effective waste management and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions and upskilling to enhance skills and productivity within your team.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support as required.
• Prioritise and allocate repair, maintenance, and service requests to relevant technicians.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for gym equipment and vending machines.
• Efficiently execute gym equipment installations and relocations with your team of technicians.

Skills and Experience:

• Certification in Warehousing (Cert IV desirable) or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, with strong people management skills,
• Understanding of warehouse WHS safety policies, procedures & best practice.
• Working knowledge of facility and building maintenance (preferable)
• Current forklift license and must be experienced in operating a forklift
• Current WA driver’s license.
• Understanding of warehouse WHS safety policies, procedures & best practice.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
