Position Overview:

As Sentinel Property Group expands its horizons, we're searching for a dynamic individual to tackle the dual role of facilities and project manager. Reporting to the Manager of Commercial/Industrial Property Management, you will be responsible for ensuring facilities' operational efficiency, compliance, and maintenance while overseeing capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure serviceability of facilities and associated infrastructure
• Coordinate inspections and provide technical reports.
• Identify and resolve building-related issues.
• Participate in the development of service level agreements and budgets.
• Enforce compliance with service contracts.
• Liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Supervise capital works and project management.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations.
• Adhere to relevant legislation and building codes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Project Management preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in building infrastructure or related field
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Facilities Management
• Thorough understanding of state and federal legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience using Progenisis and MRI is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office platforms
