CBD Facility Management Pty Ltd is now looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team. The role will be responsible to provide administration support for site operations, manage quality customer service, follow health, safety and security procedures and monitoring of maintenance work. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for financial management and budgeting, develop and maintain policies and procedures for workplace service, lease establishment and manage lessor and tenancy responsibilities and sustainability and environment monitoring. The Facilities Manager will ensure that facility is effectively utilised and assist with ad hoc tasks related to facility configuration, logistics and internal-external coordination efforts.
The successful candidate will have
An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or higher and at least ten years of relevant experience
Strong ethic and sensibility
Strong organisation skills
Clear communication skills
Enjoy working both independently and within a team environment
Excellent time management
Mandarin and or Cantonese speaking an advantage
The salary for this position will be a package of $78,000 per annum plus superannuation.
