The Role
This role will see you working within a fast-paced environment, where your day will be full of variety.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Inspecting properties – maintenance and defects;
- Sourcing quotes / trades Australia wide for maintenance and renovations on residential properties;
- Site inductions;
- Contract management;
- Invoicing and database management; and
- Liaising with trades and clients till completion of project.
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Experience working within a similar type of role – property management, coordination of trades;
- Excellent written and verbal skills; and
- Open drivers license is required.
- 3-month contract with the possibility of extension;
- City fringe location;
- Monday to Friday - 2 days in the office per week / 3 days will be travelling to sites via pool car; and
- Competitive hourly rate.
