Medium sized provider of Aged Care services with multiple homes in Victoria. The Residential Aged Care Manager role will be located at one of their intimate and cosy small homes not far from the Frankston area.
The role:
We are seeking an astute Residential Manager with Nursing registration, to oversee day to day operations of the home in areas of Leadership & HR Management, Financial Management, Quality and Risk Management, Admissions and Stakeholder Engagement.
You will be extremely well supported by a strong Clinical Manager and clinical team on site and a supportive GM and Operations Manager, Quality Manager and AN-ACC team from Head Office.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 2-3 years Senior Management and or Facility Management experience in Residential Aged Care is essential
- Current AHPRA Nursing registration
- Proven ability to negotiate, manage and operate within an annual operating budget.
- Ability to identify and maintain effective risk and quality management processes consistent with the organisation’s Quality Improvement Plan.
- Knowledge of Accreditation Standards and legislative requirements and AN-ACC funding requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to positively manage and influence staff.
- High level external stakeholder relationship skills and ability to maintain occupancy levels
