About the Role!
The Facility Manager leads a team of staff and volunteers to ensure holistic, person centred care and support is provided to clients within the residential service. This includes holding accountability for all customer, quality and financial outcomes.
About You!
You will have previous experience as a Manager in Residential Aged Care with a proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and resident care. With outstanding communication skills, you will promote a consumer focused service – internally and externally - and be confident in leading individuals to be successful in their given role.
Together with your commercial acumen and budgeting experience, you will be required to contribute to continuous improvement activities to support the growth and consistent uplift of the services offered.
You will need
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 (unrestricted)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Satisfactory police check or willingness to obtain
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
