Purpose of the Role: The Factory Hand will be instrumental in assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of conveyor systems and automation equipment. This role is an excellent opportunity to be part of diverse and challenging projects, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing and assembling conveyor systems and automation equipment.
- Support the installation and commissioning of systems onsite.
- Work with the Technical Service Manager on site breakdowns and service works.
- Manage stock inventory and coordinate equipment transportation.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Participate in project planning and suggest improvements.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support company operations.
Qualifications:
- Victorian Driver's License (mandatory).
- Forklift License (preferred).
Experience and Skills:
- Knowledge in operating hand and power tools (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Teamwork oriented with a willingness to assist others.
- Efficient in time management and organizational skills.

NOTE: The role is up to 38 hours per week, with the potential for overtime.
