Join us on a permanent basis as a permanent based out Perth. Projects will include: BHP
Take part to major developments by proving that the design is fit for its intended use, through implementation and execution of Verification, Integration and Test activities, fitting the targets in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery
Detail and perform all the in-house activities in the scope of the V&V team, and interface experts delegated in other departments. Cooperate tightly with Test & Commissioning to ensure seamless integration and alignment between in-house and on-site testing activities and results. Interface with design teams to share and detail the results of V&V activities
Agree with Verification & Validation Manager on strategy, scheduling and budget, and share progress, results and issues during execution
Your future role
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business Interface with experts to align on activity methodology, provide valuable feedback for REX sessions and continuous improvement and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of procure, develop, setup and configure assets such as testbenches and instrumentation, but also Represent Alstom in front of customers or partners.
We’ll look to you for:
Contribute to the definition of the Project strategy and act proactively for its implementation
Define verification methodology for selected deliverables, when requested from V&V strategy
Test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities. Liaise with PrCOM for exported tests
Perform and report on allocated verification, integration and test activities
Provide data to maintain applicable KPIs
Manage configuration and change management cycle related with V&V activities (simulation configuration, anomaly tracking, etc.)
Follow-up with T&C for tests exported to site execution
Performance measurements:
DQI (Delivery Quality Indicator)
CPI (Coverage Progress Indicator)
Cooperation and support to KPI Root Cause Analysis

Tertiary Qualification in Engineering; Electrical or IT or equivalent experience
Demonstrated senior level experience in Rail Signalling
Proven experience on either ETCS Level 2 or CBTC signalling deliveries
