SalaryHas over 30 years of experience in the facade/windows industry, they have positioned themselves as the market leader in the field. To coincide with a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for experienced Factory Lead to manage a team of 10 or more in Canberra.
You’ll need:
- Considerable experience as a Factory Lead or similar role responsible for fabricating commercial windows in Australia.
- Ability to set and meet scheduling dates.
- Expertise in fabrication, including proficiency in reading drawings.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Experience with AWS systems preferred but not necessary.
- Higher than market salary or contractor rates - depends on you.
