Ideally you will be an experienced Executive Assistant. Our dream person will have prior Real Estate experience however if you have worked at this level and feel you can provide the support required, we would love to hear from you.
You will act as the primary support for the Sales Director, organising meetings, calendar maintenance, administrative tasks, handling confidential papers and information. You will be there to anticipate their moves and be one step ahead at all times. You will have many tasks under your umbrella and this is a very important role for the organisation.
