Working from our Edinburgh facility and reporting to the SA General manager, the FactoryManager works hands-on, leading our factory team in a busy production line environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of daily production schedules. You will be an enthusiastic, dynamic all-rounder and have exceptional man management/leadership and time management skills.

Duties of the role include but not be limited to:

• Planning and organising daily workflow.
• Leading a team of production staff.
• Forklift operation.
• Operating fabrication machinery and tools.
• Manage various activities simultaneously.
• Ensuring smooth process through the factory.
• Delivery of production on strict timelines.
• Be hands-on during manufacture.
• Quality control.
• Progress reporting.
• Ensuring necessary stock levels are available for each production day.
• Managing the team and ensuring good working relationships.
