Your new company
This company is a proud recycler, manufacturer and distributor of steel reinforcing products. They have state-of-the-art machinery and are continuously increasing their production capacity.
Your new role
This role will see you working in the factory and gradually being trained to operate all the different machines. This role will see you working full-time hours starting with day shift and the future possibility of afternoon shifts. If you have a forklift license you will also be required to load and move material and products.
What you'll need to succeed
This client is willing and able to train staff and, while previous machine operating experience is preferred, it is not essential. What you will need is:
A willingness to learn and be part of the team.
A forklift license is desirable
Previous experience working in a blue collar / industrial environment
Reliable transport to get to work each day
What you'll get in return
This position offers full time work, all training required and above award and market pay rates. The successful applicants will start as casuals through Hays and have consistent support both from your consultant and your on-site supervisor.
