The Faculty Executive Director (FED) is a critical member of the University’s senior executive team, contributing to the strategic, financial and operational excellence of the Faculty. Reporting into the Dean, the FED has a number of direct reports with circa 100 people in the wider team, supporting a Business School with around 400 overall staff.
We are seeking an outstanding, tertiary qualified leader with extensive, relevant experience in business organisational administration. You will have in-depth knowledge of the strategic issues facing the higher education sector and how these translate to the practical, operational management requirements of a large scale, research intensive, student focused and internationally competitive academic environment. You will have a vast track record in successful people leadership, development and engagement with the demonstrated skills to motivate, inspire and mobilise diverse teams to create a positive workplace culture that delivers quality outcomes.
