The role of PA to the Executive Director, Head of Senior School
The Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, Head of Senior School is required to carry out a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Director’s office. This position requires a highly organised, efficient and proactive individual to manage the vital function of daily organisation for the Senior School, co-ordinating relief teachers and preparing correspondence. The office of the Head of Senior School frequently handles information of a highly sensitive nature relating to students and their families; it is essential that the Personal Assistant respect absolutely the confidentiality of such information.
