We're seeking an experienced Family and Domestic Violence Worker to join our team at South Eastern Community Connect (SECC) in Mascot, Sydney. This is a full-time position working with families and children impacted by family and Domestic Violence (FDV) in south-east Sydney.
About the role:
- Provide case management and support to families and children experiencing FDV
- Facilitate education and skills information sessions
- Develop and deliver innovative programs
- Collaborate with our team to deliver community events and festivals
- Collect and collate data for reporting requirements
Essential requirements:
- Relevant degree and experience in social work or equivalent
- Experience working with families and children impacted by FDV
- Trauma-informed practice model and therapeutic approaches
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

This contracted position is full-time ending 30 June 2025, with the possibility of contract extension (pending future funding).
You will need a current driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
This position is paid under the SCHADS Award Level 5.1 - $93,858.96 per annum, plus superannuation.
