Fedorov Family Lawyers is a boutique practice transitioning to the new company Tournier Fedorov The Ultimate Formula.
We are transitioning into a Multidisciplinary Practice offering Family Law Services, other areas of law, Real Estate, Property Development and Wellness.
Our holistic approach has never been achieved before. The two Directors have qualifications that no one else has enabling them to achieve the ultimate outcomes for our clients. We have created a new role just for you, Family Law Estimator.
This position is for an experienced Family Lawyer that loves their clients but can no longer put hours around the clock into their matters due to personal circumstances. Stay within the industry that you are passionate about by switching the role to Family Law Estimator where you will continue to build relationships with your clients, relating to their life experiences, providing guidance and connecting them to lawyers in our team whilst pricing the work and ensuring a positive client experience. You will oversee your client's file with the lawyers to keep you in a team environment whilst working flexible hours eg 9am to 2pm while your kids are at school.
Qualifications, experience and requirements
- Experience in Family Law
- Accounts experience with LEAP desirable
- A passion for helping people
- Highly organized
- Proactive approach
- Passionate about mentoring
Tasks & responsibilities
- Point of contact with clients needing support and guidance
- Proven ability to nurture clients and to identify opportunities
- Sales experience and proven ability to convert clients/close deals
- Arranging appointments/scheduling
- Estimating/Re Pricing Work
- Client relationship building activities
