The Team
Our national family law group is headed up by seven well respected Principals and is recognised and awarded for providing quality advice, outcomes and service. The team handles a broad range of complex and challenging work for a range of discerning clients. There are opportunities to work across States/offices, together with genuine opportunities for career progression. This particular role will work closely with our two Melbourne Family Law Principals – Jane Koelmeyer and Will Stidston, who are both Accredited Specialists in Family Law.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Melbourne office for a highly motivated and ambitious Family Law Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our team on a part-time basis. The role will involve a range of complex and diverse matters including financial settlements, financial agreements, parenting matters and property matters.
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- be client focused;
- have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to work;
- possess extensive experience in a broad range of complex family law matters;
- have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Specialist Accreditation in Family Law will be highly regarded.
