Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Family Lawyer with a minimum of 1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) up to Associate level, to join our thriving practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload of family law matters while also assisting other lawyers with complex matters, depending on your level of experience. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience in handling a diverse range of cases, including property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements, and divorces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including drafting legal documents, correspondences, conducting legal research, and making appearances in court proceedings and at mediations.
- Assist other lawyers with complex cases, gaining exposure to high-profile matters and refining your legal skills.
- Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, guiding them through emotionally charged decision-making processes with a level-headed approach.
- Maintain a high level of ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
