The Role
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our busy Sydney Family Law practice. As a Legal Assistant, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Diary management;
- Dictaphone typing;
- Billing/managing trust and office receipts, etc;
- Answering phones and liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating team meetings/events; and
- File management.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in Family Law ideally, although general litigation experience will be considered. Excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team and follow directions. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines.
