About The Role
This is a rare chance to work alongside an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in either their Brisbane of Gold Coast office, handling a spectrum of complex and stimulating cases. You will dive into a variety of intricate family law matters, including divorce, domestic violence, adoption, child protection, child custody, and property settlements. You will also be required to draft court documents, advice and agreement, as well as attend courts and mediations.
About You
Positive and ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE), who possesses:
- A recognised Australian or New Zealand Law Degree, with strong academic credentials;
- Demonstrated expertise across the broad spectrum of Family law;
- Outstanding communication abilities and a keen eye for detail;
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment; and
- The resilience to manage high-pressure situations and adhere to tight deadlines.
