Based in Townsville, we have an opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer to join and lead their team. This role will suit an ambitious lawyer ready to embrace the challenges of leadership and build a successful and rewarding practice
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience in family law, with a proven track record of handling complex matters and achieving successful outcomes for their clients. You will work across all aspects of family law, with a particular interest in property settlement.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers while providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff. You will work closely with the team on business development initiatives and will be expected to actively promote the firm and its services to prospective clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience across all areas of family law (5+ years PAE)
Strong leadership skills
