The successful candidate will work on a wide range of family law matters, offering expert advice and representation to clients. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of family law matters, including property and children's issues, dispute resolution, divorce/separation, and financial settlements.
- Conduct regular face-to-face and telephone conferences with clients.
- Draft correspondence and negotiate outcomes for clients.
- Prepare legal documents such as Consent Orders, Divorce Applications, and Recovery Orders.
- Appear in court for mentions, hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Perform legal research and analysis.
- Manage client files and maintain strong client relationships.
- Liaise with Counsel and collaborate with other solicitors for support and guidance.
- Take autonomy over your files while working closely with colleagues.
