We are seeking a Family Lawyer who has experience in a wide range of matters including:
- Complex divorce & property settlements;
- Binding financial agreements;
- Child support; and
- Defacto & same sex relationships.
- Running your own family law files from end to end, and collaborating with a well-trained Head of Family Law when needed;
- Negotiating matters to settlement;
- Drafting Court documents and Court appearances; and
- Building a strong rapport with clients.
