The Opportunity:
As a Family Support Assistant at Explorers Early Learning, you will play a pivotal role within the Family Support Services Team. You will have proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional care and quality information to customers, whilst meeting clear targets in a highly regulated and busy environment.
Key responsibilities and skills:
Manage families account enquiries, booking change request
Respond to queries on LiveChat, Phone and Email
Assist with family debt management
Process offboarding process (cancellation, refunds)
Knowledge of Childcare Subsidy and Additional Childcare Subsidy is preferable
Can cope with a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inquiries
Fast learner and adaptable
Previous Childcare experience is preferable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
