19th February, 2024 The Opportunity: This role focuses on efficient data entry and providing valuable assistance to customers and the team. You will play a key role in managing family accounts, process booking changes and supporting the enrolment onboarding process.
While the primary responsibility is data entry, there will be occasional involvement in handling customer calls. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and speedy data entry tasks. Manage account enquiries, providing information to families about their accounts.
Assist in the enrolment onboarding process, placing accepted offers into Xap. Maintain a warm and professional interaction with customers (Written and Verbal) Follow up on outstanding payments, manage payment plans, and suspend accounts when necessary. Work effectively in a complex, high-volume work environment.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Skills: Quick learner with the ability to navigate CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. Preferably have a background in Customer Service and
Early Childhood Education and Care. Proficient in Microsoft Suite with confident IT skills. Desirable experience using Child Care Management Software – Xap.
