- Assist adults to recover from their experience of Family Violence through the provision of information, assessment, counselling, referrals, group work, and other appropriate forms of therapeutic intervention.
- Contribute to and participate in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of programs and group sessions.
- Provide information and support, referral and advice to clients and other service providers.
- Assess and monitor the ongoing risk and safety needs of the adults affected by Family Violence who access the service.
- Identify, develop, provide or purchase the services required to meet the needs of adults affected by Family Violence.
Details of Appointment
Permanent, part time, day worker position working 60.8 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $71,441 to $107,878 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No. 2 of 2022

- Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board or in the case of self-regulated allied health professions with either full membership or eligible for membership with the relevant professional association
- Current Working with Children Registration
- Current Driver's Licence
