We are seeking a mid to senior lawyer experienced in Family Law, ideally with exposure to Wills & Estates. Whether you’re a specialist or a generalist, you’ll have the chance to work on a range of interesting matters for a mix of clients, making every day unique and rewarding.
The successful candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Property and financial settlements
- Parenting and custody issues, including contested children’s matters
- Child Support
- Divorce and separation
- BFAs and related advice work
- Wills, EPAs, EPGs and estate plans
- Probate applications and proceedings
