The role

As a member of the People team, reporting to our Head of Employee Experience you will work closely with our Risk and Governance team and other key stakeholders across the business.

You will be responsible for

  • Leading key streams in the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) project including Accountability Statements, Reasonable Steps Framework, governance and designing the transition to BAU.
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the project
  • Developing material for the key artefacts that are required under FAR including policies and process guides.
  • Playing a lead role in Governance and Project reporting

About you

A high performing individual you will have the proven ability to test, challenge and influence, ultimately making our business more resilient and agile in our decision making. Experienced within the Superannuation or Financial Services is essential as well as;

  • Demonstrated experience driving change based on regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of risk, resilience and compliance requirements and Governance Risk and Compliance systems preferred
  • Experience in drafting papers, policy documents and frameworks
  • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently but thrive in a team environment
