We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team at a Rubus farm in Bucca, NSW 2450. The role involves planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops, with a strong focus on effective Crop Management.Key Responsibilities:
Planting, maintaining, and harvesting Rubus crops.
Operating tractors and other heavy machinery.
Implementing Crop Management strategies to ensure healthy growth and optimal yield.Requirements:
Proven experience in crop farming, particularly with Rubus or similar plants.
Knowledge of Crop Management practices and techniques.
Holder of an LR (Light Rigid) or higher Heavy Vehicle License.
Prior experience in operating tractors and other related agricultural machinery.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to agricultural excellence.Work Conditions:
