Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Farm Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various Farm Machinery to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our intensive horticulture farm operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Farm Machinery, including tractors, forklifts, sprayers, and other equipment.
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and other farm operations as required.
- Monitor machinery performance and promptly report any issues or malfunctions to management.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate any concerns to management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
- Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
