Clever Designs Uniforms is seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Embroidery Machines to create high-quality designs on various types of garments and products.
Responsibilities:
- Operate multi-head Embroidery Machine to produce high-quality designs according to specifications.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they run smoothly and make adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales team and customers to ensure accurate replication of designs.
- Lifting and moving cartons and stock.
- Unpacking and folding/repacking garments for the embroidery process.
- Happy to complete various different tasks through the day as the business requires.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating Embroidery Machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English language is required with professional communication with customers.
- Positive and friendly attitude, team player in a small environment
