Farm Manager

Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, the Farm Manager is responsible for the following:

• Meeting agreed sorghum production forecasts
• Operational management of two farm production assets
• Staffing and contractor management
• Crop monitoring and evaluation (in consultation with Production Agronomist)
• Planning and logistics
• Machinery operation
• Safety leadership

The Person:The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Irrigation production experience
• A willingness to be based in Kununurra / Ord Valley Location
• A desire to develop your career
• Adaptable interpersonal skills, allowing effective communication with all stakeholders
• An interest in research and development / seed production
• An alignment to Pacific Seeds values
