We are now recruiting Fashion Advisors for our newest location, Market Street Sydney.

The Market Street boutique will showcase Chanel’s luxury leadership in Australia, as the unrivalled Fashion House, delivering a client experience unlike any other, whilst enhancing sophistication across all areas.  The Boutique is positioned as the key CHANEL difference that defines the Client Relationship and Experience with the Brand.

YOUR PURPOSE

As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. You will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Optimizing the client experience according to our Client Service Values, fulfilling the client’s needs through genuine, flexible and tailor-made service.
• Ensuring highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service, including positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data and timely follow up.
• Engaging the client of today and tomorrow by developing your own client portfolio and building genuine relationships with the clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Upholding the image of the Brand as a Brand Ambassador by portraying a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette.
