People & Culture Advisor – Fashion Retail

Working closely with an experienced, high-performing People & Culture team, you'll provide both proactive and reactive HR support & advice to internal customers. Assisting with the rollout of key HR initiatives and strategies, this is a great development opportunity for a driven professional who’s a strong communicator with high attention to detail! 

The Role 

This role will have a key focus on Business Partnering with our teams and providing generalist advice on talent management, team development and engagement. In addition, you will:  

• Partner with managers to coach and implement initiatives across the business
• Provide essential support to the business by delivering sound ER & IR advice and contract management
• Manage and coach on talent management, performance & process, while being a champion of company values
• Provide essential advice to the business to support return to work activities
• Assist with developing change management and workforce development initiatives
• Successfully contribute to HR projects across both Support Office and Retail Operations teams

About You 

A proactive personality, you are adaptable, take initiative and are a team player. You also bring: 

• Two plus years' experience in a similar role 
• A solid understanding of Australian HR legislation  
• Experience providing coaching or guidance on talent & performance 
• Knowledge of visa and sponsorship processes , ideally 
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally with Flare HR 
• Retail HR or Hospitality background preferable 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel 

This role is full-time and is based in our Rosebery Support Centre south of the Sydney CBD.
