About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead this busy Pacific Fair location. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team of 6 dedicated staff memebers, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that customer service and KPI standards are consistently met.
