About the RoleAs Store Supervisor, you will be helping oversea a team at this Townsville concession store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales and ensuring a memorable customer shopping experience. This store is high volume and fast-paced, so strong time management and back-of-house management are essential. With succession planning and development on offer for the right candidate, this is a role suited to an experienced retail assistant or previous 2IC, looking to take the next step in their career.
Skills & Experience:- Drive a customer-focused team, to success with development and succession planning
- High volume stock management
- Complete season changeovers and visual merchandising to high standard and company directives
- A passion for people and team development and training
- Experience in high volume or luxury leadership roles advantageous
- A drive to succeed and desire to progress
