Responsible forthe sales and KPIs performance of the store.· Partner with the Retail Manager to prepare periodical reporting on competitors, product,and potential opportunities.· Analyze and manage sell through, identify and communicate regularly with divisionheads on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity.Team Management· Set personalized objective for the year for every team member and follow up along theyear to develop behavior, performance and capabilities.· Create a dynamic environment. Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promoteteamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations.· Set achievable goals and targets, ensure the staff follows Company guidelines and isheld accountable for achieving set goals.· Attract, develop and lead a high-performance team through effective training, coachingand/or motivational activities.· Ensure the in-store follow-up after training delivered on the brand, products, operationsand soft skills.· Plan and conduct daily and weekly in store briefing to motivate the team, set objectivesand show how to reach them.· Support with informative and inspiring participation the new staff onboarding experience.· Assure staff is groomed, inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product andrelated company information.Client Management· Ensure superior customer service standards, through constant follow up with the team,in order to deliver the brands experience.· Be a brand ambassador and build relationships with customers. Be an example forthe team by engaging in customer interactions.· Encourage team members to focus on what they would like their clients to feel during abrands experience (Sense of Family, Powerfully Desirable, Electrified and Entertained).CRM· Monitor the team on managing their customer database, ensure they take actions tomaintain a long term relationship with customer and maximize sales opportunity.· Support the organization of in-store & promotional events, liaising with merchandising &PR team.Store Management· Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manneraccording to the guidelines.· Assure optimum shrinkage results are met by enforcing security measures andmaintaining consistent accuracy in inventory levels.· Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures, andassures all policies are enforced.· Demonstrate proficiency in managing operational costs, and balancing all relatedbudgetary expenses in a cost efficient manner.· Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained accordingto company directives, and apply strategies to deliver best results throughmerchandising and visual representation.At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
