Our Client has a love for music, especially the old school classics. A shared interest in music would mean there would be lots to talk about. On the other hand, you may enjoy arts and crafts. That would also be beneficial as our Client loves to pass the time immersing herself in the creative arts.
The role will involve support with community access and personal care tasks. Reliability is a must for this position.

We are looking for Female Disability Support Workers who are available for shifts from 9am to 3pm on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
Our base weekday daytime rate is $33.21/hr. Our all-day Saturday rate is 45.33/hr. Our all-day Sunday rate is $58.30/hr. Please note pay rates are set and non-negotiable.
You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

Your key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
To be successful you must:
- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (preferred)
